Rachael Bennett is the founder and creative director of Hine Fine Jewelry. Originally from Houston, Texas, Rachael began making jewelry in college after feeling inspired by the designs she saw while studying at the University of Cape Town in Cape Town, South Africa. After graduating from TCU in Fort Worth, Texas, she attended the Gemological Institute of America (GIA) in New York City, where she earned her Graduate Gemologist diploma as well as certificates in CAD/CAM for jewelry design. Rachael’s passion for creating custom jewelry led to the inception of her brand, Hine, in 2020. Her commitment to each step of the jewelry-making process also brought her to Florence, Italy, where she studied old world benchwork techniques and created jewelry entirely by hand.

Rachael loves to take precious stones from family heirlooms and redesign them into a piece that's wearable and modern. She believes that jewelry should blend seamlessly into her client's personal style while incorporating one-of-a-kind details that make it meaningful and cherished for a lifetime.
