SHIPPING
All orders are insured and shipped via USPS.
Each piece is made to order so please allow 2-3 weeks for delivery.
RETURNS
As all of our pieces are made to order, all jewelry is final sale.
We are happy to offer one free ring resize within 120 days of purchase. After this, there will be a fee for labor.
Please email help@hinefinejewelry.com if you’d like to request a resize.

We offer a manufacturer's warranty with every Hine piece. Our warranty covers anything related directly to the manufacturing process. With designs that include stones, there’s a risk of stone loss with normal wear and tear.
Within six months, we will repair any damage at no charge. After six months, customers will be responsible for the cost of the repair. Please note, if we find the damage to be the fault of the wearer and not the manufacturer, we will gladly repair your jewelry, but you will be responsible for the cost of repair.
We are always happy to help you adjust or fine tune your piece to perfection. If a Hine piece has been adjusted by another jeweler, your warranty will be voided.
RESIZING
If your purchase is within our 6 month warranty window, we recommend that you return your ring to us for resizing for a small fee. If it is outside of the 6 month window, we recommend taking it to a local jeweler who can resize it for you to keep it out of the mail as much as possible.
INSPECTION
We suggest you have your jewelry inspected once a year and repaired as necessary.
Insurance
We highly recommend getting an insurance plan for your jewelry in the event of loss, theft, or damage. We work with Jewelers Mutual and recommend them to all of our customers. For more information regarding insurance, please visit www.jewelersmututal.com.
We’re always available to consult with you regarding warranty or repair questions! You can reach us at help@hinefinejewelry.com.

Hine jewelry is made with care and incredibly sturdy but unfortunately not indestructible. In order to maintain your piece’s longevity, we recommend taking your jewelry off for the following activities:
Exercising
Showering/bathing
Sleeping
Applying perfumes or lotions
Cleaning
STORAGE/CLEANING
Fine jewelry should be stored securely in fabric-lined or leather- lined boxes or pouches.
Polish your jewelry with a lint-free, 100% cotton cloth. Gentle cleaning with lukewarm water, soap, and a soft toothbrush is also recommended. Always check the tightness of stones before and after cleaning.
