All orders are insured and shipped via Fedex 2-day. Please note that all shipments require a signature.
Each piece is made to order so please allow 5 weeks for delivery.
RETURNS
As all of our pieces are made to order, all jewelry is final sale.

We stand behind the integrity of our jewelry and offer a manufacturer's warranty with every Hine piece. Our warranty covers anything related directly to the manufacturing process, but it does not cover normal wear and tear, neglect, or accidental damage. For designs that include stones, there’s a risk of stone loss with normal wear and tear.
Within six months, we will repair any damage due to a manufacturing defect at no charge. After six months, customers will be responsible for the cost of the repair. Please note, if we find the damage to be the fault of the wearer and not the manufacturer, we will gladly repair your jewelry, but you will be responsible for the cost of repair.
We are always happy to help you adjust or fine tune your piece to perfection. However, if a Hine piece has been adjusted by another jeweler, your warranty will be voided.
RESIZING
Many (but not all) of our rings can be resized. The resizing fee starts at $60 and varies based on complexity. Resizing and shipping is at the expense of the customer.
INSURANCE
We highly recommend getting an insurance plan for your jewelry in the event of loss, theft, or damage. We work with Jewelers Mutual and recommend them to all of our customers. For more information regarding insurance, please visit www.jewelersmutual.com.

Jewelry by nature is delicate. In order to maintain your piece’s longevity, we recommend taking your jewelry off for the following activities:
Exercising
Showering/bathing
Sleeping
Applying perfumes or lotions
Cleaning
STORAGE/CLEANING
Fine jewelry should be stored securely in fabric-lined or leather- lined boxes or pouches.
Polish your jewelry with a lint-free, 100% cotton cloth. Gentle cleaning with lukewarm water, soap, and a soft toothbrush is also recommended. Always check the tightness of stones before and after cleaning.
INSPECTION
We suggest you have your jewelry inspected once a year and repaired as necessary. We are happy to inspect Hine pieces free of charge, but the customer is responsible for shipping costs.
